I was very open and hopeful so am somewhat dissapointed. Way too much breathing at the end....went on forever so I stopped. It is a practical question because i grew up in a non Christian religion that does not believe in him nor the old testement, and who's people were persecuted in his name...ironically against his very teachings. I myself was bullied a bit in the name of people saying they spoke for Him. ..find for myself that use of his name is alienting and simly doesn't work for me so I'd like to know before signing up. I have no problem for some reason with Mother Mary as a person or an idea or incarnation of a mother of all of us, interestingly. This isn't an intellectual issue but an emotional one from growing up as a minority in a majority culture. Thanks is there any mention in this course whatseover of Jesus or Christ?
